Hi,

I have some 100 mods and so far the game run like charm.

When I returned to riften though, I cannot enter the city nor fast travel there whatever I do the game freezes and sometimes crashes or I get black screen (but I hear sounds). I tried to disable autosave no success. I tried to disable some mods I installed recently such as convenient horses and extensive followers but no way. All other locations do work. I fear this is a well known issue I googled it but nothing I found seems to work. May I ask your honourable help, dovakins?

It would help us to know what mods you are using and the load order. Do you use Loot to sort mods?

It might also help if you could run dxdiag.exe and post the full report in spoiler tags.

In the post edit window, click the button to the left of the Font dropdown. Select spoiler and paste the dxdiag into the textbox.

I would also try unchecking all your mods as well as renaming the textures, meshes, interface, scripts, sounds, folders. The folders are located in the data directory off of the main Skyrim directory.

Renaming them will force the replacers to not load. Try the game. Dont overwrite any saves while doing this and don't load autosaves after reenabling mods.
