I've been playing for a while and haven't had this problem before. I'm in the Bethesda Ruins (ironic) and i get the level up freeze (The game may freeze at the level-up screen, particularly when choosing perks. Taken from wiki.). Is there a way to fix this? Or am I stuck unable to level up forever?

Fixes tried:
Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch; Failed
console command CAM (close all menus); Failed, just closed menu then leveled me to next level
