freezes at black screen when return to desktop : Fallout 4

hi , when i was in game i want to return to desktop and screen goes to black and freezes. rarely sometimes it doesnt freeze or smt . is there any way or setting for that . . tried with full screen or borderless windowed . plz help

You mean after your exit the game, the screen goes black and it freezes?

no not after . while i m in the game . i dos + D for return to desktop and it s freeze black screen
