freezing on laptop lenovo idiapad Y550p

Hi everyone, first I want to thank all Bethesda team for making such a great game. Since I bought a new Lenovo laptop Y550p, the game doesn’t want to run on it correctly, the screen is freezing when I start a new game. As I understood I’m not the only one that is having this problem, and I would not ask you if there would be no solution for solving freezing problem. Some people with the same problem running fallout 3 on win 7 and multy-core processors, got advices on this forum from Bethesda specialists, and now they can play. I bought a copy of the game 1 year ago and it was running well on my old computer.
I’m at work now and I can give you general information. If it needed I will send my System Information later.

I have already surf through this form, trying to get some useful information. Tried almost everything, including iNumHWThreads=2 and bUseThreadedAI=1. Read that changing resolution of the screen is also useless. Thinking to use patch 1.7(Russian ver.) but people on this forum says that it won’t help much.
I’m kindly asking to help me.

Dear friends i fixed the freezing problem. Played F3 for over 15 minuts. So i just instuled patch 1.7.03 (russian version) then made chaneges in bouth inn (fallout and falloutpref) files
