Challenge for experienced players: can you identify a modded-in spell by sight?

Just got back into Skyrim, and re-modding went great for a while until I encountered https://www.dropbox.com/s/abztintezmni5lx/Spell%20that%20Freezes%20Game.png?dl=0in the linked picture being cast by the master vampires that attack Falkreath the first time you arrive.

No idea what it is, but it freezes the whole game rather than one character. Anybody recognize it from their days of playing?
