Frequent Crashes in combat

Below is my load order. Perhaps I did something wrong there, but I dont know. It just seems to crash quite often (every 10 min or so) during combat, particularly when I try using the bullet time feature. Since bullet time uses FOSE, I'm wondering if that's the problem. I've updated to the latest versions of FOSE. Any suggestions guys?

Check http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=7529 out. Particularly, apply the quad core tweak if you have a quad core:
Open up the fallout.ini file in: My Documents\My Games\Fallout3
Find the line:

bUseThreadedAI=0

change it to:

bUseThreadedAI=1

Add another line after it and insert:

iNumHWThreads=2

This will limit the game to 2 cores and prevent the engine bug from causing the game to freeze.
