Hi there, sry if this was already postet, couldn't find anything

My Problem is, that i cannot join a team or a game by the Friendlist. And my friends cant join me.
But the mp it selfs works perfect without connection issues or something

Can anyone help me pls. Don't know if everyone has this problem or just me
