So a couple BoS vertibirds dropped by (like 2 or 3, massive deployment for a patrol), and I went with the BoS so I'm sentinel.

But when I go to his dead body, there isn't any legendary loot. WTF?

I couldn't say at this time, I've stayed away from most of the story as I'm having too much fun exploring & killing stuff. I didn't know there were friendly legendaries, but I will keep a look out.

I was unaware that the BOS boys and girls could spawn as legendary. Can anyone confirm?

I have seen legendary BoS..wasn't about to try killing him..it was on patrol with at least 3 others in PA

I mean... even I'm not *legendary* amongst the Brotherhood of Steel, so he must have been a very important guy.

I noticed this a day or two ago. I didn't try to kill him but I did notice you can pickpocket them and see the legendary item they carry.
