Can anybody tell me how to make a non hostile Riekling?
Help will be greatly appreciated.

Open the creatures Reference window, click on AI.
Set it's Fight to 30 or lower.

Be sure the creature is using a unique ID, so you can Save the changes (instead of just closing the window)

I have one last request for the mod Im working on. Any cages that hold something like a Riekling inside?

To get the friendly Riekling without screwing with the game or modding, Go to Solstheim and do the Skaal quests. At some point you'll have to "rescue the 'Good Beast' (a white bear) from a horde of Rieklings. I can't quite remember how I did this, but try taking the arrow out of the bear without killing all the Rieklings first. (You might have to calm the bear) Anyway, as far as I remember, as soon as you take the arrow, you get a journal update and the Riekling(s) stop attacking. They don't go away when the cell changes, like some NPCs and creatures do after quests, and unless you strike first, these calm Rieklings never attack you. I put a water walking spell on him and used Aryon's Dominator to WALK the little fart to my Tel at Uvirith's Grave, where he was added to my collection of NPCs and minions. Screw centurion spheres!
