One thing which I feel is really inconvenient in Crysis 2's MP is friends are not able to send each other private messages when in game. If I want to see whether my friend is online I'd have to Esc and go to friends list and the features there are pathetic. It only displays online/offline status, join/invite.
It just shows how mature the developers are.
Also if you want to add friends it is a hassle too. You'd have to type in the exact name of the player, it your friends name is long and hard to remember you can forget about it.
The correct way it should be done is, display all of the online players names and if the list is too long I'd should only need to type the first letter and it would search it for me.
So if Crysis 2 developers are reading it's about time you come up with a new patch.
