I have KotN expansion pack installed and in it is included the wizard's tower, but when i go to where it's supposed
to be located it isnt there. The KotN is ticked in OBMM so not sure what's wrong

Any help would be appreciated

Make sure DLCFrostcrag.esp is checked also. The pack is not just one mod, it is a collection of mods and each has to be enabled individdually.

OT: You aren't by any chance the Caladan Brood who created the legendary Moon's Spawn mod are you?

Sorry as much as I'd like being a legend the Caladhan Brood you are referring to is a different one

KOTN by itself doesn't include frostcraig spire, meaning if you downloaded just the KOTN DLC or if you have the GOTY edition, you don't have Frostcraig Spire. If you bought the KOTN disc then it does include Frostcraig Spire and all the other DLC except for Battlehorn Castle, make sure it is activated in the launcher or a mod manager.

Ah i see, i have the GOTY addition with the extra CD with SI and KON on it and assumed it came with Frostcrag spire on it.

Any idea where i can get it from?
The elderscroll oblivion download page is down and i cant find it anywhere

I think the only way to get it is on the KOTN Disc.
