From 1-10, how satisfied are you with the info?

On a scale from 1-10, how satisfied are you with the announced content?

I am about 9, I do not like everything such as the inclusion of dragons and everything that has to do with them, but besides that I basically like everything that is major.

The .5s were totally unnecessary

The game was announced a month ago... And everyone are jumping to conclusions too quickly. So I gave it a 9 as well since I did like most of the info.

Honestly a 10. I must restrain myself from getting disappointed but Im so excited after the new info (well I was even years before the announcement). Everything so far sounds great and thought out.

Then of course Im a diehard fan and Oblivion and Morrowind are my No 1 and No 2 best games of all time.

Why? I was worried a lot of people were going to have .5s and the option would not be available. They are meant specifically for the people who are crying that there will be 3 fewer skills.

Pretty satisfied with info and screens so far. So I'd give it a nine.

8, they gave out just enough to whet my appetite for the game as well as including dragons which is always a plus in my deranged disturbingly dragon-obsessed head. But I'm not fully satisfied with what they've revealed thus far, they've got me interested but not amazed. I think some dragon battle videos could solve that quite quickly though. *Cough* Hint, do it already Bethesda. *Cough*

I put 10. Got way more info than I expected, and none of it has really turned me off in any way, seeing as a lot of it was quite vague and will probably be explained better in the future.

Voted 9.
Most unsatisfied about fast travel. Make it optional by on/off setting and add a transportation system please.

Graphics could be a bit better too I think. But then again the somewhat low-res quality of the screens I've seen are playing a role here.

I also wanted to know about a hardcoe/survival mode. I really want that. (optional of course)

3.5

First off, the article didnt really have much info on things I care about.

Second, only 18 skills and no attributes. If that is done perfectly it will work. If they drop the ball then it can no longer be considered an RPG and is just another one of those shooters that calls itself an RPG

Third, no hud. Again, if done just perfectly it might work. anything less than perfect will make it unhandy, cumbersome and moronic.

I do not want gimmicks. I dont care about graphics, I dont care about dual wield. I want an open world where actions have consequences and I want to build a character just the way I like it.

So far only Daggerfall truly had that feel. Morrowind was amazing, but had less choice in the way of character building and oblivion was just a total let down of a rush job.

I want a game where Im not treated as a five year old with a mental handicap. I dont want my hand held the whole time. I dont want puzzles that arent really puzzles unless youre said five year old. I want to be stumped, out of my depth.

I hope Skyrim will be the best game of all time, but I fear it will just be another one of those games thats RPG in name only.

I liked that they gave a lot of info about the game, without spoiling what will happen in the quests. It sounds promising.

10.

So maybe not 10, since I don't know everything, but there is nothing I can honestly say I'm unhappy about. The only thing would be the removal of classes, but the way it is implemented leaves me with no arguments to say that classes are bad. "The graphics aren't so good"? I'm okay with that, means a higher chance that it'll run on my PC. "Less skills"? As long as they handle the choice of remaining skills better than in Oblivion, which is the case from what I've seen. "No attributes"? Go hit yourself in the head. Right now. Nowhere in the article did it say that and you should be ashamed of yourself. "Dragons"? How is this bad? From everything you can read it's lore-friendly, at least from what I know. It even says that there's a Thu'um that makes dragons come to your aid, so I assume dragons aren't hurrderp evil.

I don't mind dragons innately, it just sounds like they will be like they are straight from a children's book and the fights will be with the so-called "bullet time"

9 or 8.5 graphics were a big shock it was such a big leap they are amazing!
Im scared of being I've hyped a being disappointed just like what I did to halo Odst, reach, gta iv and most call if duties :( most games I play for first time I seem disappointed when the next game comes out.
I've played oblivion for more hours than I would have liked to and I heard some people were a little disappointed with oblivion that played morrowind I hope the same dosent happen to me for skyrim but the game dose look amazing but so did reach and I was a bit disappointed with it.
Someone pls tell me I'm wrong and it's going to be an amazing game :'(

Well Arena's MQ was also like it was straight from a children's book, DF had dragons and it was basically a vortex of repetition, MW started the Bosmer being ridiculous and we all know about OB. So I don't think it is regressing. In my universe, every ES game has something original and something generic.

I'd say an 8. It might rise, depending on when we get info as to whether skills have been dumbed down and armour sets merged.

You mean as a skill? If it does, it will end up being like 2 b/c of perks.
