Where can you purchase the frost atronach spell? I've read forums where they say its good for low levels, but I haven't been able to find where to buy it.

It's adept level but can be purchased at 40+

Oh, we misunderstood each other. I was wondering when it could be cast, not bought. Didn't know it could be bought at 40. Thanks :smile:
