Frostcrag spire cell name: Testerbrumamid

I just want to precise, i only saw the cell name that where wrong, i did not bought the upgrade yet, so i can't tell if there is other bug with my favorite house.
oops, its not frostcrag SPIRE... i don't know why i put spire in the name

Solved: NEVER IMPORT NAME FROM OBLIVION.ESM
i don't know why i was able to select to import name from this one, since in all other section, i couldn't select this one.

Yeah, Bethesda made the DLCs in a really weird way. They cleared out and renamed existing testing cells and used those for the DLCs, instead of just making new cells. To this day I still have absolutely no idea why.

They must have thought they were saving space or something. A new cell vs an existing cell isn't that big of a difference and it would certainly have avoided a lot of problems. Of course you can exploit this to add things to Frostcrag even without the DLC actually being in the load order if you know the coordinates to place stuff with. Don't know of much useful purpose for doing so but it could be done.
