Yeah. I thought Frostcrag Spire was quite the nice addition to the game, specifically the landscape in which it's set.
I'm going to be using it In-Character for my High Elven Warmage, Irothas Veyliir. I can't wait. *grin*

I liked Frostcrag Spire, but it is too lonely for my elf. Some other residents up there and even merchants - sort of like what the Thieves Den has would have made it much better for her.

What I like about it is you can see the tower from almost anywhere in Cyrodiil. That and the giant Frost Atronach stuck in the ground forever there holding a book.

I like the teleportation pads and solitude it offers.

Loved it. Really liked the design of it all, plus the Atronach shrine and all of the portals. And the fact that, on a clear day, you can see a pretty good chunk of northern Cyrodil from the tip-top of the tower.

Frostcraig Spire is still one of the first homes my characters will purchase. I find it is a very good place to store quest rewards, and a nice source of rarer alchemical ingredients.

Frostcrag Spire is one of my favorite DLCs. The portals are very useful, there is plenty of safe storage, the spellmaking and enchanting altars are handy and the view from the top is amazing. Then there's the Frostcrag Reborn mod. It makes things even better.

Have a look at http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=37655. Provides a small village of caretakers across the road from the tower, with some interesting quests and additional back story. Really livens up the place.

I haven't bought all the expansions to the tower yet... but it Just feels so big ,empty and lonely. And it's not exactly in a convenient place.

I felt the same. Looks spectacular, but I never liked it.
