Frostghale Island

Story
600 years ago, explorers from the city Frostghale, Hammerfell, went exploring off of the coast of Vvardenfell. They discovered a decently sized island, which they decided to name Frostghale Island. This island was a beautiful grassland, tons of vegetation grew. Frostghale Island was made part of Vvardenfell. 100 years later, a great storm drifted from the north. It froze all of Frostghale Island. Frostghale Island went into "The Eternal Winter". Now, only half of the island has thawed. It is divided into 2 sections. The tundra, and the grasslands. You may be walking in a beautiful grassland, and 10 meters away is the freezing cold tundra.

The winter is over, but has caused the island to go into a terrible economic slump. They don't have enough money for trade ships, but if they were to be made a province, they would get a starting fee of 100,000 Drakes.

You head off to Frostghale Island, and you help them win their independence over a series of quests. (Frostghale Island main quest) With tons of side quests too. Help them, and win your piece of history.

What this will include
A new landmass (About 1/5 the size of Vvardenfell)

A main quest

Dozens of side quests

A new faction or two

Dozens of small settlements with at least three major cities. (Cities = size of Balmora or more)

New creatures (If I can get someone to make them)

Yep. Anything you have to contribute please post it there. (Meshes, etc) Also, if you have ideas (not little one posters) but big complex ones, post there too. It'll make stuff easier to find.

Q: Are you accepting team members?
A: Absolutely! Just make sure you can be committed to working.

Q: When will this be released?
A: Not for a while.

Q: If I become a dev, will I become a special rank on your forum?
A: Yes, you will be put in the group called "Developers"

Q: What can developers do?
A: They have the same powers as a moderator.

Q: What do you mean if you can find someone to make them? (See "What this will include:")
A: Well, to be honest, I can't make creatures myself. (I'm talking about meshes, animations, textures, etc)

In terms of content, I plan for this to be an "unofficial expansion pack" like Bloodmoon or Tribunal". In terms of the island size, about the size of 1/5 or 1/4 of Vvardenfell.

Your overall ideas, in which have been stated, provide my belief for thinking that it has potential. Although this project is a good idea, you may find it hard to finish without help(unfortunately I am not an experienced modder and would just slow you down.)
I do hope that this island is a succes, and I will eventually take a look at your forum for this project.

P.S.
Did you get the inspiration for this project from the Knothole Iland DLC for Fable 2?

Thanks, I would like a team, though, it can be finished without one.

And yes, I did get some inspiration from Knothole Island.
