So I have been playing this game for a while now, over 120 hours played on my main character. I currently have all of the words of power for each shout except one, Ice Form. Since this on my main character I am currently trying to do as much on it as possible (unlock all shouts, acquire all daedric artifacts, stuff like that). However, the last word of power I need is the third for Ice Form, which I found is in Frostmere Crypt. The problem is, sometimes I like to go to random dungeons and clear them out, as I'm sure most players do. I do not remember how far back in my main characters progression I actually cleared Frostmere Crypt. I know there is a quest associated with it called "The Pale Lady", which is a quest I do not have listed in my completed quests log. I have repeatedly gone back to this dungeon for the word. The epic music plays, and the hissing of the wall occurs, but nothing on the wall lights up and I am unable to acquire the final word of power I need. I've tried saving, shutting off my xbox then back on, and reloading but the problem has not fixed. Since it has been a long time since I actually cleared the dungeon, I can't remember if I killed the quest giver or not, and I really don't want to reload a previous save and lose a large amount of time, items, and quests I have acquired/completed.

PS, I am sorry if this issue has already been addressed elsewhere in the forum, but this is my first ever post here, and couldn't really find any previous topics regarding my specific issue. Also, I apologize for the length of my post, just wanted to be as detailed as possible so that someone may be able to help me out. Thanks in advance.

Also, just to bump this, I randomly found another word wall today for "fire breath". However when I found the wall, I had already obtained the three words of power for that particular shout, yet it still let me learn the third word for fire breath.

Basically, I guess the more specific question for me to ask is has anyone here has had this issue for different words of power at different walls? And if so, did you find a way to fix it? Any help is appreciated because this is very frustrating!

I have this promblem now with Dragontooth crater wall. Before this I had the scimilar problem with Shriekwind Bastion... Got through shriekwind with a code which I dont have for dragontooth... Therefore I'm practically stuck for now.

Word walls wont give words when you already have them. There are more than 3 walls for each shout to ensure you can infact collect them all without visiting absolutely everywhere. The fact the sound plays is the bug, you already have the word from this wall thats why its not active.

@Lexandro I have visited each word wall for this specific shout (ice form) and the one in frostmere crypt is the only one where the music plays. Are you saying there are more than 3 walls for the shout i'm looking for? also, is it possible for the word wall in frostmere crypt to be bugged because I never activated the quest associated with that specific dungeon?
