?I had sent Cait back to the red rocket truck stop settlement and left her in power armor. After doing some quests immediately after that and leaving her alone for a while (this included some fast traveling to and from different locations) I found her outside of the power armor I had left her in and the power armor is now stuck/frozen. No one can enter it. I can not enter it and Cait cannot either. It is basically a statue now.... Has anyone else see this or is there a way to fix it? Bethesda help! So far, this is really the only glitch that has had a permanent effect on my game.

Funny enough, when I loaded up the game this morning I checked on my statue of a power armor suit. I noticed the feet were somehow sunk into the ground a bit. When I walked up to it, I was able to get in the power armor. It didn't show the animation though, I just kind of teleported into it. Oh well, its fixed for now.... moral of the story? Don't leave companions unattended in power armor!
