FTC

earlier today someone posted a comment suggesting that those who have been dissatisfied with bethesdas products and responsiveness to the problems encountered with those products, file a complaint with the FTC's consumer protection agency. i second that suggestion and am in the process of doing so myself.

when a business offers a product for sale it guarantees the content as advertised, when the business dose not deliver the content as advertised, it is their responsibility to correct the issue. while it may be too soon to see if NV is ever fully fixed, bethesda ended its support for F3 immediately after the release of the GOTY edition, and it is likely that the same will be true for NV. therefore the issues with F3 remain to this day, meanwhile no recuperation for the money spent on the game and its DLC has been offered. not only should every party effected by these issues boycott bethesda and zenimax, they should file a complaint so that a message may be sent, and the guilty parties be held responsible.

I wonder how many people have gone so far as to actually file a complaint these last few years. Certainly others have been plenty pissed with Bethesda in the past, but many of us seem to keep coming back for more... :\

the time has come to send a clear message. it would be easy to write these issues off, and forget about it but that simply enables bethesda and zenimax to continue with their bad business practices in the future and victimize more customers.
