Well if "appealing to a wider audience" to them is worth losing their core audience, then so be it. The series will die a generic fantasy Mass Effect copycat game with no dignity, and the console crowd won't even care, they'll just move on to the next FPS without a thought of it.

I [censored] HATE when people act like everyone on consoles are just a bunch of morons that buy whatever garbage any game company puts out. I discovered Oblivion on Xbox 360, then played Arena, Daggerfall, and Morrowind on my PC. I may not exactly be part of the "core audience" as you put it, and I'm glad. I don't want to be grouped with a bunch of arrogant people that bash everyone else and think they know more about making a game than the actual developers.

Ironically this game called Dragon Age, made by the same people who made Mass Effect, actually had more armor slots than Oblivion. Can you believe that? Strange how this series died/ is dying a tragic death. Too bad it's superior armor slots didn't save it :rolleyes:

The 360 does limit the game obviously, pretty much why Id take a delay until the next gen of consoles, if its limiting that badly. And Im a 360 gamer.

I don't understand the butthurt over this cuirass+greaves issue. They gave us a reasonable and solid explanation for why they combined the two, and the logic is unassailable.

Also, combined Shirt/Pants/Shoes was already in Oblivion (as clothes sets).

I wasn't bashing anyone before one of your colleagues began name calling, the 360 is holding this game back is an established fact whether you would acknowledge that or not. I only care about TES, group yourself with whoever, either way it's not a matter of arrogant or not.

Full armour sets = far less customization options = bad. The excuses Bethesda have come up with are weak at best.

Some of the best sneak armor, the dark brotherhood sets, were one piece + a hood

Im prity sure its only the chestplate and pants that have gotn thrown togather, and you can still mix-match the gloves,boots, and helmet.Works for me, I usualy used the same pants with the same armor.Besides, they said somthin about simpler armor design+more npcs on screan.Thats a fair trade off to me.

Edit= yall, come on if you keep up the consol and pc fight you're guna get the thread locked! <_<
