Enjoyed the game but was dissapointed that running 3 x 7970 cards in Trifire resulted in worse performance than two cards.

It seems the behaviour is as per Crysis 2, the load of the second card is simply balanced over the 2nd and 3rd cards. The 3rd card does not improve performance in 1080p or 1440p.

Considering I only get around 70-80fps, the 3rd cards horsepower would come in handy.

Do Crytek intend to implement full support (as in the 3rd GPU will be utilised properly) for 3 card systems?

Yup there is a silence I don't like when it comes to patches. One thing is for certain there is a **** ton of fixes they need to deploy. Let's hope CRYTEK pull through if not, well another game in the ever growing CRYTEK games graveyard.
