I checked FAQ, and did a search, but no hits on full screen. Is this game even able to run full screen? I prefer windowed, but I prefer the whole screen to be taken up even in windowed mode.

Just go into the options in the launcher...

Yep you'd think it would be that obvious. When I go into the options, it's not ... an option.
