I tried to join a few servers that were listed as having between 7 and 12 players but I got the red box back saying that the server was full.

Happened a few times but I did manage to get the spot as the first player on an empty server. So, please, why can't I join these groovy games?

Servers can fill up quickly, click the Info button to see a more correct player count, or just try another.

Servers fill up quickly but what I find most annoying is that the browser shows servers as empty but they are not empty. Its the fact that it will only track the player count once a battle has started.

Yea that's true. No one was coming on my server the other day, then I noticed it was showing as empty, so I couldn't kick start it. Changed it to unranked and it's been full since. Except I can't get on it now because of the latest patch bug messing up the listing of some servers.

Servers that are not listing correctly should contact their provider and have them look into if the patch actually took on the server. I had to have them apply it manually after it already went live.

Yea I've put in a support ticket, just waiting on them now.
