Ugh!
I made my horns too big!
Now, I've gotta cut em shorter at the "roots" so they'll curl at the ends!
So hard!!!

Looks kinda like ShoaKahns helmet...bleh!

If it's a good costume, there's no need to worry. But, yeah, as mentioned, you don't want to be doing it with cardboard if you can use some better material.

Post a pic. We'll give you some advice.

A Dovahkiin cosplay would be super cool. But -- and I mean this as nicely as possible -- I doubt most people have the muscle tone for it. :P

Do as you like. You only live once. What you're proposing isn't against the law (any reasonable one, anyway) and it harms nobody.

It's not strange or out of the ordinary in more urban environments. You should see the Harry Potter book / movie releases where I live. Besides, if the other people are there for Skyrim your costume will only earn you points with them if it's well done. :trophy:

Maybe some 'furs' (carpet, maybe?) and have a leather 'cuirass' (modify an old jacket?) over it.

Wasn't there like 4,000 Elves attending the midnight release of WoW?

It's not something I'd personally be involved in, but I know lots do dress up for the release.

Might be a little odd if you fire up your PC and play for the next 5 days straight in your helmet though....

Yes! Hey guys, I solved it!
Turns out his horns aren't pointed directly downward...they sort of point forward near the bottom!

Took a while...kinda longer than it shouldve...

Btw, do you think this is the armor you find right off the bat during the game?
