I have 18 settlements with 120+ defense and perimeter enclosure made of concrete shack foundations and metal walls. I set up my room 3 stories above and just watch my settlers and turettes do the work. It's pretty fun. It's like watching a movie. Level 81 PS4 Survival.

Yeah, it's great, isn't it?

Although 120 defenses is quite overkill.

(Also, using "turettes" against attackers might be seen as ... offensive (sorry, couldn't resist))

One of my settlements is all women in dresses with melee weapons......

I've got a right mix in my settlement, even a Ghoul.

I have one guy who I gave a heavily modded combat rifle and plenty of ammo and he used it for a little while, now however he insists on using a baseball bat he picked up from somewhere. I just let him get on with it now, at first I was like "no! Wait, stop! That's a mirelurk que . . OK, whatever, good luck."

I waltzed right into the crossfire between Covenant and three super mutants. That was pretty fun. Mutants managed to take down all the north side sentry guns.

Got a couple guards with mini guns that shred anyone foolish enough to attack Starlight, as well as some spotlights and heavy turrets around my home and the ticket booth.

Miniguns and gauss rifles when I have them to spare, otherwise combat and assault rifles - let the games begin!

I'm trying an experiment with my 18 settlers, got most of em in mk5 army gear with powerful machine guns and mini guns, but zero defense, lots of crops, water and scavenging station. Only had a few raiders pass by and they put them down pdq, but I don't think it was an actual attack, still waiting for that. I would have thought it would be more often with a zero defense.


Also, brings me to a little rant, I miss settlement attacks all the time, wish there was more of a notice than a little pop up in the corner of the screen.
