Is there a scripting function (probably in SKSE) that can mod the base cost of a spell/ability? (Not the cost of an individual effect item, I mean change the base cost that shows up in your Powers menu.) Currently I know that there are SKSE functions to change individual effect items' power, area, and duration, but I have yet to see anything that changes cost for an entire spell/ability (remember that one spell/ability can be treated as a bundle that may contain multiple effect items).
