Relocation upon loading, I love this one. I save at one spot, load the save and bam, I'm not exactly where I actually saved. Once it put me under a non-hostile giant, and apparently loaded him in the middle of a swinging animation too, so even though I wasn't fighting anyone, or even too close to that giant, I somehow ended up with a save where I got killed the moment I reloaded. I'm not savvy in coding, but I didn't even think something like this would be possible.
