I was wondering if anyone would be willing to make a new set of Glove and Boot Meshes for me? What I was looking for was "fused" fingers and toes-- kind of like what Kain's look like in the Soul Reaver Games: basically, instead of five fingers, he has two large claw-like fingers, and a large claw-like thumb; and instead of five toes, he just has two big claw-like toes. Overall, I was hoping for something that would match the wearer's skin tone.

Just to clarify, are you looking for armor, or "creature suit" replacement hands and feet?

From what I'm seeing in those pics http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=28587 might interest you. Fearil did a fine job on them.
You might also want to watch RedGuardMage 2's progress with his Avatar-inspired race, as it has 4-fingered hands and 4-toed feet regularly shown in his screenshots.

As for getting meshes to "match the wearer's skin tone", that's a simple matter of using material "skin" AND giving the NiTriShapes/Strips a proper "name" including a keyword to tell the engine which texture slot of the current race to use ("upperbody"&"arms", "lowerbody", "hand", "foot", case doesn't matter, ":" serves as a "remark" in that it ends the keyword so you can add whatever you like to the name after it).

I haven't seen any foot meshes looking like these though.

What I am thinking of is basically armour-- something that can be equipped and unequipped at will, like the Steel(?) Gauntlets (where they have a big pad instead of individual fingers), but in a "claw design".
