Future DLC availability concerns... yes, again that pesky Ea

As you must have already figured out from the topic title, I live currently in Eastern-Europe. I have very few issues with Steam as an authentication/validation method, however right now my concern is that when I right click on my copy of Skyrim in the Library section of the Steam client, and I select the 'View Store Page' option, Steam says:

An error was encountered while processing your request:

This item is currently unavailable in your region

This raises the question: how potential DLCs will be distributed to customers in Eastern-Europe and other regions where Skyrim is officially distributed through retail stores, but marked as 'unavailable' in the Steam store?

They should probably address this ASAP.

Fallout New Vegas' last DLC, Lonesome Road, STILL hasn't come to Eastern Europe due to some issue with the licensing company there, and it was released September 20th....
The Eastern Europeans STILL have a thread going to complain about it, but there's been no response from Bethesda as of late.
