ESO is being developed by a different company.
The reason Bethblog is giving it more and more attention is because it's already announced and public knowledge, and it's getting closer and closer to coming out.
Bethesda Softworks, the game studio that developed Skyrim, hasn't announced any new products, be they new DLC, or a new Fallout or TES game. As such it isn't getting much attention on the Bethblog outside of patches because there isn't anything they're ready to announce.
My guess is that there will continue to be new DLCs for a while. I doubt the majority of players will jump on the next gen consoles right away, and so it makes sense for Bethesda to continue working on this product while they wait for the next gen consoles to have enough customers to make a next gen Fallout or TES worth the time and money it would take to develop.
