Future DLC Suggestions #7

Post » Mon Feb 15, 2010 10:49 pm

This is probably an idea straight from M. Night Shamalon but here we go. . .

When we finally get to meet the burned man it turns out that yes he was burned and thrown into the grand canyon, however he landed in a river which was irradiated and brought back to good health by ghouls living in peace and solitude. The ghouls alone weren't his saving grace; he himself was turned into a ghoul and the irradiated gulch of the Grand Canyon revitalized him. When the leaders of the Ghoul settlements of the canyon got together to decide what to do with a former Legionaire Joshua had an idea, he would train them to fight. He utilized the hundreds of feral ghouls at the farthest, and deepest, end of the Canyon. By Leashing them to plows, training them to protect live stock and fitting them with armor which was tested to withstand the the blade of the Legions O so coveted Machete he begins to plan his assault using the Colorado as his guide.

Would be nice to see a female legionnaire.
Of course there'd be a story behind her joining the ranks of the Legion.

Oh and please make Dead Sea a companion.

Female Legionnaires. I would want to meet her and yet be afraid at the sametime  Maybe there could be, how do high ranking Legion people feel about daughers? Would they just enslave them?

Maybe something like Amazons. Women that got away from the legion and formed their own group of warriors but then again I guess that might be to cleché. :ermm:

That would be sweet, if we get to meet the Burned Man in the Big Empty , he is in Ghoul form and he tells us to help him destroy Caesar and his Legion or another task he asks us to do. Could be pretty fun!

In each DLC I would like there to be a hidden toy.
No not a fun weapon or armor.
An actual toy.
I'm thinking a tonka truck for Honest Hearts.
It needs to be hidden away really really good.
It gives no +stat or +skill, it doesn't sell for anything, it's just there for the sake of being there... And for collectors. :D

Oh and please more misc items, I don't care if they serve a purpose or not it would be nice with new misc items for home decorations and just area flavor.

I'd like a DLC with the Courier on trial.

A reputation check will be the trigger, which will be a darn sight better than another radio signal.

C'mon, frontier justice.

This is kinda out of the blue, but Obsidian, please for the love of holy Bruce Willis lower the missiles weight!
It's 3 per missile... 3!
It's too much, I don't care how big it's AOE is and I don't care if it can "almost" kill a deathclaw in one hit, the ammo weighs too much and I end up barely using the missile launcher because of it.

On Explosives patch note:
Allow Powder Gangers to show up with Grenade Rifles.

Allow Gun Runners, Mick And Ralphs and Crimson Caravan to sell Grenade Launcher a lot more often.
Only place I've found one was at Nellis and I had to kill Pearl to get it.

Patch the Grenade Machine Gun to work propely, I've fired shots away at bloatflies and they don't lose any health, this is a repeated problem with explosives but most noticeable with GMG or Mercy.

Hey! I'm sure you guys have a lot on your plate, and tons of suggestions, but I think it'd be cool if you guys made an Area 51 DLC. I used to live in Vegas as a kid, and always wanted to go out there. Just a thought. Thanks for keeping up with the DLC :)

I'd like to meet new people whose idea of saying hello doesn't involve knocking me out and performing an operation.

but I consider it just to win big by betting.
And in the end we get large sums of caps, but only on the basis of what we invested. And we can also watch the boxing matches, complete with a bet on who wins and who loses

Kind of like the thorn?

How about we have a DLC ending quest that continue after the ending like if you have the NCR ending you go east and deal with the rest of the legion like in FO3 you deal with rest of the enclave same with legion dealing with the NCR and the wild card defending New Vegas from NCR/Legion

Okay well i kinda already said this but it got locked cause u said to put it in this thread. But i think they should make a DLC with zombies and not ghoul like zombies and u wouldn't even have to call them zombies you could give them a different name but for those of u that have seen the movie pandorum I am talking about creatures that were in that and there like these white weird looking creatures that run on there hands and legs and are supper fast and strong. i would say for this DLC you would go to like some other place or state or something cause I am getting a little tired of the desert atmosphere so like Washington (not d.c.) or just something besides desert and basically a this disease is being spread throughout people making them like this and u here a radio signal asking for help and you have to take a train or something to where ever it ends up being and u get there and there is like a few people that have made a small quarantined base of uninfected people in like black elite swat type armor and you have to go around and save some people there could be some side quests and the main story line is trying to find a cure and there could be like different ends depending on what you do. and some things i would like to see added is like an aa12 like shotgun id always wanted to have a fully auto shotgun and also maybe a bow and arrow with different ammo types such as poison arrows or fire arrows or explosive arrows but this was just an idea. Also id like to see a little more diversity then dead money there was 2 enemies in dead money besides Elijah and i barely count the holograms but yea this was just an idea i had so tell me what you guys think of it.

My idea is to be able to build any thing you want and to be able to fix up the vehicles so you can drive them also more crafting abilities like being able to build more weapons, and weapon mods. It would also be a good asset to be able to equip weapons to the vehicles. I know this will work because iv seen the mods work. if you dont believe me just go on to the falloutnewvegasneus.com and look up vehicle mods you will find it and a video.
