I think that for Fallout 4 and maybe 5, Bethesda should take a new approach to fallout. Same RP concept, open ,massive world but new conditions. Bethesda should make the game from the view point of a Chinese citizen after the war. Not the traditional vault concept. Maybe you could be a goul too? They should do so as they did with oblivion species wise. Maybe factions too. Human, Goul, various races, supermutant, or any other intelligent life after nuclear warfare. Maybe the ability to join the enclave and possibly turn on them and take them down from inside out. I would also like to see a Fallout based in Europe, the middle east, or Canada. Get the different view points of the war. Maybe "Fallout 3,4,or5: Enclave Edition" I think that would be awesome and I'm sure others would too. And maybe make a usable G.E.C.K. and make you're own settlement without modding (for us console players). More wastlanders roaming would be nice too, so you could let them in your town.
Vehicles would be cool too. I would like them to be very rare though. Maybe we would have to get the rarest of parts to build our own cars and fuel would be improvised through solar panels, or flammable liquids and other varieties of fuel. If they did this the vehicles should also be repairable. The possibilty of the Enclave taking you as a prisoner when found would be cool also. Not as a part of the story but if you came across a camp with no weapon equipt or something along those lines. As a final not I'm not complaining about things missing from fallout 3 because I thought it was flawless gameplay wise. (and I'm not suggesting implementing all of these, just a few... and no cheese poofs piskin.....)
Thanks for reading this (and hopefully bethesda will) and hope you thought these were cool suggestions too.
