How to install?
There is a readme file in the Mappack but if you need an overview now:
You should have a gamecrysis2 folder in the zip file you downloaded. You only need to merge(!) that folder with the one on your computer.
You should find it somewhere like here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Crytek\Crysis2.
Remember to merge the folders. Do not overwrite your gamecrysis2 folder.

Finally I got custom maps working on my server. We will derp there a little bit for some days. If you want to join us you should download these 3 maps (perhaps you already got them because of the sith or pgl packages).

I'm sorry for the server crash in the evening - I already wrote about that to my hoster.

May I ask something. On the links you've posted, there is extraction information but... When I try to put the folders in their instructed places it warns me for some replacement. And if I replace original game files, game may become corrupted...

If you want to copy the whole gamecrysis2 folder out of the zip packages you have to merge the folders (not overwrite them!) If you are not able to do that you can follow the path in the zip files until there is the map folder (f.e MP_Warehouse). Copy this folder to the same path in your crysis 2 folder.
You have to do this for the Level and for the textures.

Ok, I just installed and explored the maps. These are pretty nice and I don't know why I didn't try these before.
I'll inform and suggest all my friends to install these maps and play. I'm sure it'll be pretty fun to play on both fvic and sith servers with these maps. Although being a jedi on sith server may mean a bullseye on the head...
