So always when I start a new game using FWE I change around the settings to my liking. But there is this one I just don't understand, and wonder if someone could perhaps explain the difference.

Vats Base Accuracy:

The following settings will control spread multipliers for VATS accuracy.
Lower values will RAISE your hit percentage.
Higher values will INCREASE your hit percentage.

Whats the difference? Raise is just another word for increase...

Then I have an unrelated question that goes to RH Ironsight and the gunoil.
If I choose hand drift vanilla setting will that scale with my weapon skill?
So if I have energy weapons 100 and a str of 8 using a scoped laser rifle should yield close to 0 drift when crouched and not moving.
While with a gun skill of 20 using a sniper rifle my drift should be close to pathetic.

I could set the drift to lowest but that would make any weapon skill useless as I can shoot dead on with any weapon.

Someone care to clarify for me?
