I remember similar thing in my experience, this was because of mod conflict

Didn't do anything (I moved the ini to a temporary location instead of deleting it, don't think that makes a difference though).

Load order if it matters.

I want to follow a caravan around to gather some loot and XP, but they aren't moving! If I Wait for an hour they simply disappear, and if I increase the timescale and stand there they don't move for weeks. I checked in the Geck and it looks like they should remain for 2 hours at each location, but that isn't happening. :(

FWE, DarnUI, or any other mod shouldn't cause what you're seeing, and since you're the only one (seemingly) with this error it's most likely something to do with your machine, drivers or Fo3 installation.

I'd do a clean reinstall if I were you. Upgrade graphics drivers, remove the fallout folder from my documents, and reinstall Fo3.

Edit: Moved away as far as I could and waited with timescale 200. Harith finally did move away. I didn't see a "continue if player is near" flag on their package, so I don't know what's up with this.

Yes. I had to delete some .esps that were incompatible with FWE and/or weren't needed, and deleted some inactive .esps that I don't plan on using again. That's about it.

Well I am getting the same issue as others now: The game loads up without showing the main menu or mouse.
After disabling WMK (1.1.9) and the Merged Patch from FWE the game loads up fine.

2. Will your load order work fine with WMK but without merged patch?
If you have yes to both questions- then try to make your own merged patch

In my case the problem was the pre-made merged patch. I made my own with FO3Edit and everything works perfectly. Except the game freezes every now and then, but my current Oblivion mod load order causes a crash every hour too, so i suppose you can't have both mods and stability :lmao:

I ran into one of those premature Enclave troopers, either my aim svcks, or the Power Armor finally lives up to it's name :bolt:

Quick noob question: can I use the current Mez's Merged Patch - FWE-WMK-MMM.esp (which is made for 4.1) or should I wait for an update? Or is there an update? :unsure:

FWE WMK FOIP patch is fine and works perfectly with WMK 1.1.9
Mez's merged patch also works absolutly fine. If you are having a problem then that is because you are missing master files and didn't read the prerequisites properly(for example for Mez's Merged Patch all DLC, all DLC WMK and MMM patches are required).

Which I have. I disabled the WMK-FWE FOIP Patch and everything works perfectly, even the Merged Patch.

EDIT: I'll remove Ammo Box Respawn.esp and medkit and toolbox respawn.esp, so I get the intended FWE experience.

Ah, I'm an idiot. I extracted this to the same folder as I did the version before it, and accidentally dragged the old .esm as I was just getting impatient and rushing.

iNumHWThreads=2 (must be added below)
It can help with your freezing problems

I have a problem - my toolkit amd medkit ain't working. At first toolkit was fine, but after I've made a medkit and checked my skills I saw that neither are working, I haven't changed any mods or anything. I had this happening in a 4.1.1 version but throwing them out and picking up again fixed it, no such luck this time. I still get messages about my skills being improved though, workbench is working fine too.

Thanks. I added:

Mart's Mutant Mod - FWE Master Release.esp
WeaponModKits - FWE Master Release.esp

Still CTD's - and I can't see any other FOIP file for the mods I'm using at Nexus. So the patch requires that I use EVE, Project Beauty etc? Guess I can't use Mez's Merged Patch 5-0 - DLC-FWE-WMK-MMM.esp then? Sorry for being noobish but I've never used either FWE, FOIP or a merged patch for F3.
