I'm a Stormcloak but he keeps attacking me whenever he sees me. I have no saves from before this (I KNOW). Can anybody tell me if there's a fix or do I need to make a new character?

Do you have any bounties? Try paying those off. Or cast a Calm or Pacify spell at him.
