Hi all, this is the first issue I've had with this game so far. Everything worked fine before the latest patch, and now every few minutes the game will just freeze for about 30 seconds then resume.

Also, occasionally the sound will get stuck when playing a sound and no other sounds will play. Gameplay continues normally during this sound, but all I hear is the sound effect stuttering (or silence).

Again, had no issues until the latest 1.3 steam patch.

Have Intel/NVIDIA setup on my laptop, not sure if you need anything else.

Anyone else have this issue?
