As soon as I started a new game I rebound my keys (switched V and F). This caused a bug that makes the first hack door in single player not work.

You are able to get by the door if you reset your keybinds.

Edit: I imagine this will impact other hacked devices, too.

I understand your pain.

I changed my binds, (switched E and F) and got to the door, hacked it and it didn't work, noticed it still said F, and that F still worked, so I changed it back. Still didn't work. Closed and re-opened with all default binds, still didn't work.

I had to re-start with a fresh profile after that.
