My version of Skyrim was from the Anthology pack which I purchased from Walmart. I installed it via Steam. Since loading it up I have encountered a game breaking bug which makes it so I can very rarely attack after pressing the button 10-15 times on average.

What I've tried: Using a gamepad (both a 360 controller and DualShock 4) Uninstalling/reinstalling (4-5 times), disabling all DLC, all unofficial patches, rebinding attack buttons.

After a long time I said screw it, installed mods, and tried to make the best of my experience. However, I can reinstall and remove all the mods if I need too. I would greatly appreciate any help I can get.

However, i don't know if it has something in common with your mods.

You can just, start a new character, with all your mods (disabled), and try it out.

Yeah, I have tried that. Forgot to list it. No luck with that either.
