Let me start by saying I deeply enjoy the fallout shelter app as a whole which is hey I am very discerned in encountering this bug. I have a vault of roughly 130 people which is my most progress so far, however, I took a break from playing on this app, and upon my return to it, I tried to load my main vault only to get stuck at the loading screen and eventually returned to the title menu. Since then, I have not been able to resolve the issue no matter what I try. I have had no problem loading my other vaults, but I do not at all wish to start over and lose all of my time, effort, and lunch boxes. I will most likely uninstall the app before that happens. Please help me recover my save file.

You're screwed - I had this happen to me and lost two vaults with time and money, real money, invested in them. Now I can't access the third. I feel like I've been ripped off.

4 vaults, two devices, 200 dwellers all gone. Can't even launch the app. New update didn't do anything. How isotherm literally no support at all?

Were the dwellers all there prior to the update? Did you delete Fallout Shelter before updating?

that's the purchases specific one - just login and "report a problem" with your recent purchase - obviously, that the app doesnt work and support won't respond to the bug.
