I've encountered a game-breaking bug with the quest Undercover Underground.

I'm at the end of the questline where you're supposed to warn Desdemona of the upcoming Brotherhood of Steel attack, but when i talk to her I don't get the dialogue options to continue the quest, I just get her basic dialogue phrases.

I've tried dozens of different console commands from trying to skip to a different step in the quest (which results in completion, but failure of a another quest, or alternatively completion but I cannot progress), to forcing conversation, but I don't know the topic parameters in which to activate it.

I've tried reloading saves and doing the previous steps leading up to that part in the quest in the hopes of it suddenly working, but I've had no luck so far.
