I am experiencing lighting/brightness issues in-game. When I am walking around, the world around me gets super bright so all I see is whiteness. Then the brightness fades until video is back to normal brightness. This happens regardless of whether I am indoors or outdoors. This cycles every five seconds or so. Of course when everything goes bright, I can't see where I am going, any approaching enemies, etc. Worse, I start to get eyestrain after 20 minutes of this.

I think this started within the last two weeks. I didn't have this problem when I started the game a month ago. Any ideas to resolve this issue?
