When trying to play Fallout4, the game will completely cause my computer to freeze up after about 10 - 20 minutes of play time. It does not do this with any other game. Here are my current specs:

CPU: AMD FX-9590
MOBO: Asus M5A99FX Pro R2.0
Memory: PNY XLR8 16 GB
SSD: PNY XLR8 480 GB
GPU: MSI Radeon R9 280x Gaming 3G
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

I have tried the latest drivers for the motherboard, the latest drives for the gpu, the beta drivers for the GPU, verifying the file integrity in steam, disabling steam overlay, uninstalling raptr, updating the motherboard BIOS, running fallout 4 in windows 7 and windows 8 compatibility mode, running fallout 4 in windowed mode, and reducing the graphics down to medium.

I am not sure what else to try at this point

I have the same problem, my specs should be able to play on ultra, but my computer restarts when i play about 10mins.

Seems to be a common issue. I'm going to try and completely wipe the drivers when I get home from work
