I must agree that it is too short. Much too short... much too short. Emphasis. There is incredible potential in the world of Fallout yet the number of perks, maximum skill cap, these things are very limited... The hunger for more is unlike that of any other game. I really do not feel like there was a satisfying conclusion; I feel like the lone wonderer was forced to stop his/her journey mid way. All my alignment and actions determined at the end were the few lines of speech and a picture or two. It had also been a disappointment that most of the characters I encountered who could join you lacked personality and background. In spite of this, I really loved Fallout 3.
I would repeatedly try to converse with Mr. Burke after completing his quest in hope that this awesome personality would offer me more work. I was left unappeased... On a semi-related note is it me or does Mr. Burke break out with hysterical laughter when engaged in combat? Cool fellow.
