the game is one of the best game in app store i have to say, none of the apps can get me pay $80 in 2 weeks for those lunch boxes.

it is just the attraction of the game. BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since i update the game to 1.3 with new pets and Christmas theme and i bought $15 pets lunch box. after few hours, the game crash.

i try everything and i am using iphone 6s with ios 9.1 system. i even update ios to 9.2(latest version). None of this help.

i ask for support on this website, but none of the developers has help or say anything and not even a rely.

I am sure a lot of people like me, has been waiting and waiting for the problem to be fixed.

Please do something to help because it has been 3 days already.

If i knew this is going to happen, i wound rather spent $80 with the actual PC game fallout 4 than this phone game man.

before i rate this game 5star but after what happen and none of the developer respond this, i am upset and now rating this game 1 star.

I mean it is not fair for people who even spent money to support your app and get no support what so ever.

Yeah, my game crashes after this pet addition update as well. Worse, the free pet I got shows I got the common and unique version of the same pet but I only have one pet. I feel jipped!

Every once in a while the objectives reset too. I had three of nine outfits then I had zero of nine, wired. But game is great otherwise!

it is making me so upset that none of the developer respond to this, i ask for support their website and no one reply.

there are many people suffering this and is not coming back for this game man. i lost my passion with the game and is not feeling i will quite too.

but i am fighting here for the money i just spent for like few hour. it is not fair and i want all my money spent on this game.

i should help the game developers by spending money on this, i mean it is a waste of my money when crash happen after 1.3

Maybe it's only in Denmark that we can go to Itunes store, click contact support, and then find a list of all your purchased elements, and then report the ones you want a refund for?

It can be a little tricky to find the way to the right place, and I am not sure if other countries have the same customer rights, but I think you should try and find out, maybe call Apple support and ask, they are not hard to reach by phone, and they will surely help you.

i really love this game and only want a solution, so i can keep playing and that is all

I have emailed MULTIPLE times in the last 12 days (which is the last time I was able to open my vault), and have been ignored. I escalated my complaint to iTunes.

Report a problem with Apple to get a refund. I have been refunded most of my money instantly, and 2 small purchases are pending refund. I'm hopeful I will get all my money back. You should too. Here's the website I used:
