Wenn i first installed the game, i played it and loved it. I bought the official game of the year eddition. I wanted more and got SI. It was a downloaded version and not very smart. I never got it working.
I took everything of my pc and reinstalled the normal game, Oblivion, without SI or other mods. No evertime i launch the game it crashes back to desktop during the Bethesda Softworks intro movie, with the message "Oblivion stopt working".
I can't get it fixed, im desperate cause i just need to play this game....
Can anybody please help me out?

Do you have a separate graphics card installed in your tower, and what operating system are you running?

I have a HD radeon 4550 graphic card running, thats it. My os is Windows 7

Reinstall the game to a custom folder.
