Game crashes during an early cut scene (SPOILERS)

Alright, so I sent an email a few days ago and waited for a response, but now I see it just sent me some links to an archive telling me what I can do, but I've already done all of that. So here I am.

Now, first off, I know my computer doesn't meet ALL of the requirements for the game, but I've been monitoring everything as I've done this and it's been running smoothly up until this point, so hear me out.

So the problem is that the game crashes during a certain cut scene before you come out of the pod in the vault. There's not error message and I've had my Task Manager up while it happens to see if it's a hardware issue, but everything's stable at that point. There have been a few crashes in between loading it and that point, but every time I get to the part where the intruders leave the vault with your kid, it crashes. There's no getting past that point.

I always run the game in low resolution, windowed and borderless, I've saved up until getting into the pod and tried it multiple times, I've done all that I can to get past this point and there is no getting past it.

I did the character build and it ran perfectly, I even did the whole intro of getting to the vault and it again ran fine until this cut scene. I've had to watch my character's spouse get shot and child taken every time I test it to see if it's gotten better.

My computer has Windows 10, Intel 7, 6GB Ram (I know, below the requirement but bear with me), and integrated graphics.

I've talked to multiple tech-savy people who have even watched this happen and they believe it's a bug. I've also seen other people with no-error crashes in different parts of the game and this definitely seems like a bug.

That's all the information I have on this so far, if I think of anything else I'll add it to this, but I'm really hoping this'll get fixed. I'm getting really frustrated and bummed out about not being able to do anything about this, and I can't afford to get a new computer.

You don't need a new computer, friend!

Just a ~$200 video board. I recommend a GeForce GTX960.

Amazing that you have the game running at all...

You definitely don't need the latest series of Nvidia graphics cards to play Fallout 4... This isn't a graphically intensive game. A lot of folks with integrated graphics have been able to run the game just fine.

Oh it's not just a computer I can't afford, I couldn't afford anything over $100 right now.

But yeah, I mean, the graphics and such are working fine, it's not the hardware that's causing this from what I can tell. It's just this one specific part where it on-queue cuts out with no errors.

Now it has cut out and said something about display, but that's been in other places in the game. I'm kind of expecting that to happen. But this spot where it keeps cutting out doesn't give me any kinda sign as to what's causing this, so I'm pretty sure this is a glitch/bug.

And I've gone back and started a new file to see if maybe my file was just somehow corrupted and it again ran fine up until this scene.

I've also tried uninstalling-reinstalling it, which is a pain because it takes hours to download it.
