Glad to help man! My pregnant girlfriend said "Can't say I wouldn't be entertained lol, but then I wouldn't want his sloppy seconds"

I started "attempting" to play this game a few days ago but like many of you I am greeted with constant crashing to desktop for no reason and with no errors.
Game auto sets my GFX to Medium. I have tried updating drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers (this seemed to help it for a bit but crashing returned), reinstalling the game, tried every "recommended" fix online with no luck.
The longest I was able to play the game was for 20 minutes before it crashed. And the shortest was during the television program right before you leave your house (in the intro).
Also it seems to automatically crash anytime i try to fast travel.
Here are my specs:
CPU- i7-2700k
GPU - Asus GTX 560 ti
RAM - 16gb
OS - Win 7
I have read another forum post about the game not liking video cards that come factory Overclocked but i don't know if mine are or not.
Any advice?
Edit - I tried the Nvidia Inspector fix but my settings are different in the program.
Another CTD victim here, the game just quits with no errors. Auto detect sets game at High - Win 7 Pro, 24GB Ram, GTX 690 w/ latest drivers, i7 930 @ 4GHz. Every other game including FO3 and New Vegas OK with no CTD ever. I do NOT have the patch and game still crashes on both full screen or borderless window mode. Tried everything outlined to no avail. Crashing at random points, although in one instance, loading an older auto save resolved the immediate CTD issue, now I'm getting stuck at some terminals and have to "cheat" to unlock the terminal so I don't get stuck... Frustrated to say the least.
Edit: I just found this on NexusMods, supposed fix to the CTD and few other things... Look for "Stuttering and Memory patch ENBoost" and you'll find the page. I have not personally tried it but it has over 600 endorsemants and same amount of comments, worth looking into...

Crashing every few minutes here. It seems to happen most often during rainy scenes.
... which is problematic, because it is almost ALWAYS raining in this game.
Apparently, they heard a rumor that too many people were actually able to play the game at launch without too much difficulty.
Utterly unheard of in a modern big budget PC release.
They quickly identified the lack of problem and issued a patch to break the code until proper player outrage and frustration has been achieved.
Obviously.
As such, I would call this the finest patch I have seen on a non-Cryptic/World game in a long, long time!
