Everytime I leave Doc Mitchell's house for the first time my game crashes to the desktop, I've tried verifying my game cache, uninstalling all my mods, and lowering the graphical settings and it's still happening. Any help is accepted

I would wipe the game and reinstall it. Remove the local content in steam then delete the fallout new vegas folder manually. ALso delete the folder that holds your saves. Backup any saves you
dont want destroyed first. Then reinstall the game, let it install the initial stuff (directx and run-tiems), and let the launcher redetect video stuff. Then try it. DON'T install any mods just try vanilla.
