Hi,

I got a real annoying crash in my steam GOTY package. I have all DLCs activated and play with a 1600x1200 resolution and all settings set to High.

But first the small error. Since some time now I see at some places in the game (National archives (Defend Quest), Germantown Police HQ (same floor as Red)) red Spawning Points with a white line in it, where NPCs / Monsters should spawn. But they don't spawn and only the symbol is there. If I jump around this thing, nothing happens, but if I stay inside it, the game tells me, that there is danger nearby.

Another problem happens, if I try to get to the basemant of the Germantown Police Station (where Shorty is held). The game crashes completely and kicks me immediatly back to windows. I even tried to use the console to get there. The coc Command showed me the same error process. This area is not enterable.
